What is the Coach Connect App that's included in some of the program packages?

Coach Connect combines the personal touch of one-on-one coaching with the ease and convenience of a mobile app. It offers:

• More connection with daily messages and In-App Reminders to connect the coach/client throughout the day. Need a one on one check-in? An in-app text feature allows you to reach out directly.

• In addition to food and movement tracking, you can document your physical and mental condition, sleep, and supplement intake to a complete picture of your overall well-being.

• What mobile platform does the app work with? Both iOS and Android.

• What trackers (FitBit, etc.) does the app support? FitBit and hundreds of others including Jawbone, Withings, etc. If the tracker or app connects with Apple Health App and Google Fit we connect to it.

How do we communicate, do we meet in person?

All sessions are only available virtually or over the phone until further notice

What other 1:1 services do you provide?

I also provide guidance with various diets such as Clean Eating, Auto Immune Paleo, Happy Gut Cleanse, Transitioning to a Plant-Based Diet, Switching from highly processed foods to Whole Foods,28 Day Healthy Heart Challenge, Mediterranean Diet, Ketogenic Diet, Thyroid Support Cleanse, Paleo Diet, etc. All of which also includes step-by-step guidance with the Coach Connect App. 

How long do the 1:1 Diet services typically last?

These services are typically provided for 28-30 days which is the amount of time clients usually feel comfortable moving forward independently.

What are the costs for the 1:1 Diet Services?

The fee for 1:1 Diet Services is $397.

How many people will the 90 Day Self Love For Essential Workers program have in it?

 8-10 people will be accepted into the program based on first come first serve after an initial $200 deposit to reserve your space. 

When will the next Group Self Love Reset Program start?

The program will start on July 19, 2021.

Is the Self Love Reset Program offered individually?

Yes, any program offered can be customized to suit any individual’s personal needs.

Is the Self Love Reset Program offered if you're interested but not an essential worker?

Yes, it is but the $300 discount doesn't apply.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Venmo & Paypal are the preferred forms of payment but flexibility is available.

Do you follow the HIPAA Privacy Policy?

HIPAA Law Compliance is followed during consultations & during any services provided.
