“It has been a beautiful journey working with Jahisha. When I first started the program, I was stressed because I did not have the tools to balance work from home life. “I am writing this personal review as a client who enrolled in the total 90-day transformation program, offered by my health coach Jahisha. Before I started the program, I had to visualize what goals I wanted to achieve from it. Personally, I needed to improve on interpersonal communication, develop a practice of mindfulness, and better manage my nutritional intake. I found that the curriculum is centered around what you make most important to you as a client. At the beginning of the program, you have an in-depth discussion with your coach about your specific expectations and the desired goals for the program. The coach guides you through twelve scheduled weekly sessions that move at your pace, and come with daily inspirational materials, curriculum assignments, and a health-tracking electronic app. I highly value the health app. It links to my apple health app so that my daily movement is easily transferred with ease. I also appreciate tracking my meals, meditation time, and logging my daily water intake. The app additionally provides links to healthy recipes, exercising ideas, and the ability to contact your coach via a confidential mailbox. Whenever I have had questions Jai has responded promptly to provide support. Overall, it is incumbent of me to enhance my life, and take ownership of my own destiny. I would tell anyone to believe in themselves and envision making themselves better. This program can help you realize a better you if it is your true desire to be a better you. In closing, I initially pondered over the cost of the program but when it comes to investing in myself, I have a long ago departed from letting cost be a deterrent. I can attest to the program having a tremendous value that can be enhanced by where you design for it to go.
